Sani Round Table

March has been another busy month for us Round Tablers. We had a team take part in the Moths Bowls Day. It is always fun to support our fellow organisations in Underberg. With 16 teams taking part, Sani Round Table managed a second place!

Six of us attended our Natal South Coast Area Conference down at Leisure Bay. Outgoing area Chairman Kevin Fraser handed over the reigns to Matthew Hayes who has blended in very well to Sani. It is really encouraging that we have members from our small town leading from the front at a provincial level. We made a donation to Tidy Towns and we would like to encourage more businesses and individuals to do the same. Ruth Crouch and her team are doing an incredible job in keeping Underberg looking so beautiful! In the months ahead, we look forward to selling about 30 tons of ice at splashy fen, our ladies are hosting their annual WimbleGin tournament on 19 July and we do all the catering for the Choc Walk on 9 August. As always, thank you to our community for your continued support. We hope to see you at one of these events. Finally, well done to Underberg Farmers Association on cleaning up at National Prize Giving, and good luck Build It with your National Store of the Year Judging. Yours in Table, Bud Manthe, Sani Round 152 Table Chairman
